The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city.
The breakfast area was often chaotic with too few staff attending to guests.

Well-equipped fitness center.
My experience at the hotel was disappointing overall. The service was subpar at check-in, as I was not offered help with my luggage, which made things difficult for me, especially with two small children. Additionally, the room wasn't ready on time, forcing us to leave the front area with our kids while we waited in frustration.

Great spot in Copenhagen!
We had a fun 3-night stay with the kids! The location is a total win, super close to Tivoli and the harbor. Breakfast was more than enough, love those ginger shots! The hotel looks fab, and everything worked flawlessly. Only hiccup was the gym. it was small and kinda busy. But we enjoyed game nights in the lobby!

great location and spacious rooms but some breakfast oddities
The room I received was exceptionally spacious compared to other standard rooms. The modern decor and high-quality coffee from the Espresso House were impressive.
Some surprises at breakfast could be better addressed.

The air conditioning in my room was a hassle. It ran constantly, making it hard to get comfortable at night, and the temperature control didn't really work as expected. Breakfast was a mini-madness. with crowds packing the area, finding a table felt like a mission. I often had to deal with limited food options since fruit designs from previous hotels were a lot better. Plus, the swimming pool and sauna access came at an extra price, which felt a bit off given the room rate. Minor cleanliness issues, like an unemptied trash bin, were minor hiccups too. Overall, some adjustments could really elevate the experience.

Great modern vibe, but service was lacking despite high prices. Free wi-fi helped.

The Twin Room was decent but nothing too special. It had a nice, modern design and was clean, which I appreciated. The bed was comfy enough for me to get some good sleep. Cool feature, I could connect my Netflix to the TV, which was a plus. Breakfast had its highlights with a good variety, but the dining area felt a bit crowded during peak times. Overall, it did the job for my stay.
